Refund Policy
If you receive a product that is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product along with your order details. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are generally considered final and products cannot be exchanged.
If you wish to return an item, you may do so by sending the product back to us. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
